Description

HEAVY DUTY - EXTREME PROTECTION
The SCUFF CAPS EVO line is defined by its outdoor-oriented equipment and offroad design. The new BORNEO MT MID is equipped with additional safety features, such as the metatarsal instep guard. For even more performance and reliable safety to withstand daily work hazards.

RUBBER OUTSOLE
Coarse lugs and heat resistance up to 300°C – this durable HRO rubber sole clearly shows what it was made for: optimal protection and performance, especially on unpaved surfaces.

PU MIDSOLE
Directly injected, the lightweight PU midsole absorbs shocks across the entire footbed.

SCUFF CAP
Extra-high overcap for wearers who kneel frequently during their work.

VOLUME PLUS
The special last shape creates more room for the little toes and the ball of the foot. This extra measure of comfort is available up to shoe size 48.

METATARSAL INSTEP GUARD
Special protection for the area of the metatarsal bones. The particularly light and flexible guard absorbs 90% of impact energy and is equipped with an antimicrobial shield.

TPU ANKLE PROTECTION SYSTEM
A two-layer protection system made of TPU and HIGH REBOUND FOAM protects ankles and joints. The TPU element of the guard increases lateral support, and the 8 mm thick rebound foam layer perfectly cushions shocks.

Note: The BORNEO MT is intended for Heavy Duty use. The additional protection for heavy-duty tasks also means more weight.
